Our costs come in two phases:

  1. Launch fee (one time per location)

Launching our assets to get you customers takes a considerable amount of effort and resources. We need to be able to cover all that. If you don't make your money back in 6 months, this fee is 100% refunded.

2. Referral fee (ongoing per referral)

Sit back and let the customers come to you. Only pay us for jobs you actually close. In the beginning we will calculate our fee per-job (just let us know the amount you charged them and we'll do the rest). After 3 months we'll average that out to a monthly fee. We re-evaluate every 3-6 months to ensure you are only paying for what you get.

Great question! Upon answering any call that we forward to you, you'll hear "Lead from GGM" right before the call connects.

But that's not all! When you become one of our referral marketing clients, we'll set you up with your very own business profile in our tracking system. By using the specific login information for your business, you'll gain access to a Personal Reporting Dashboard that keeps track of every lead we send your way. From this dashboard you'll be able to see graphs of your leads over time, listen the your own call recordings, leave comments for us to see about specific leads, and more!

That being said, in order to protect ourselves, we may occasionally follow up with the leads we've sent you in order to verify order details and confirm that the customer is satisfied with the service they were provided.

We assign one or more tracking phone numbers to each of our clients and strategically place these numbers on the internet where your potential customers will find them. When a customer calls one of our numbers, their call is forwarded to whichever number you give us, and the call is recorded and tracked in our system.

We abide by all state and federal laws regarding telephone recordings—each customer will hear a standard automated message disclosing that the call will be recorded prior to the call being forwarded.

We may occasionally listen to these calls for training purposes so that we are better equipped to serve you to the best of our ability. We would be happy to discuss coaching opportunities if you and/or your team are interested in receiving constructive criticism on your sales calls or other business operations.

No. We have agreements just so the terms are clear, but either party can end that agreement at any time. If it's not working for whatever reason, we're free to go our separate ways.
